Description

Quick and easy banana donut holes made with just two ingredients. Perfect for a sweet snack in minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup self-rising flour (or all-purpose with baking powder and salt)

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl until lumpy but mostly smooth.
  2. Add self-rising flour and mix until it forms a thick, sticky dough.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan and scoop the dough into balls.
  4. Drop the balls into hot oil and flip them when golden on one side.
  5. Drain on a kitchen towel and optionally coat in cinnamon sugar while warm.
