- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Roll spoonfuls of dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven.
Notes
For extra flair, consider adding sprinkles or using different flavors of cake mix. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
