Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and seeds removed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh dill or mint, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional: splash of olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
- Chop and grate the cucumber, then mix it into the yogurt.
- Add the minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Stir in the chopped dill or mint.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add olive oil if desired.
- Mix well and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
