Description

A quick and creamy tzatziki sauce made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and fresh herbs, perfect for dipping or drizzling over dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and seeds removed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: splash of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
  2. Chop and grate the cucumber, then mix it into the yogurt.
  3. Add the minced garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Stir in the chopped dill or mint.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and add olive oil if desired.
  6. Mix well and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
