Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parchment paper or silicone liner (for the air fryer)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
- Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce using tongs.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat the florets dry before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
