- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Start by chopping the vegetables and sausage into even pieces.
- Toss the chicken sausage and chopped vegetables in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (if necessary).
- Spread the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check the sausage for doneness if using raw sausage, and adjust cooking time if necessary.
Notes
For best results, cut everything to a similar size and don’t skip the shaking halfway through cooking. Optional: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper for easier cleaning.
