Description
Crispy and addictive air fryer apple chips dusted with cinnamon, perfect for a healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2–3 apples (preferably Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala)
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Thinly slice the apples using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Toss the apple slices in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices and mix well.
- Lay the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.
- Check for doneness after 10 minutes and remove any crispy ones to avoid burning.
- Let the chips cool for a few minutes to crisp up before serving.
Notes
For variation, try adding nutmeg or ginger with the cinnamon, or drizzle with honey mid-cooking. Mix different apple varieties for added flavor.
