Description

A wholesome and nutritious treat for dogs, packed with the benefits of apples and carrots to support dental health and overall wellness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated carrots, applesauce, and egg.
  3. Mix until well combined, adding water gradually until the dough holds together.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until hard and golden.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving them to your pup.
