Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a hot skillet or wok, add the ground beef and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and mixed vegetables. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
