- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Mash the overripe bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Mix in melted butter.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.

- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
