Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli florets until tender, then squeeze out excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, steamed broccoli, egg whites, cheeses, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bars are firm and cooked through.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
Notes
