- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred or dice the cooked chicken into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, creamy element, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Pan-fry in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until golden brown, or bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until crispy and warm.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and add veggies for variety. Serve with salads or salsas for a complete meal.
