Description

Delicious and versatile cheesy chicken wraps that are easy to make and customize to your taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred or dice the cooked chicken into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, creamy element, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Pan-fry in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until golden brown, or bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until crispy and warm.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses and add veggies for variety. Serve with salads or salsas for a complete meal.
