- 1–2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, or sugar)
- A splash of vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, nut butter, graham cracker crumble, fresh berries, chopped dark chocolate, crushed nuts, whipped cream, sliced banana or kiwi
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the Greek yogurt and cocoa powder.
- Add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly until glossy and thick, adjusting sweetness and cocoa to taste.
- Add any desired toppings before serving.
- For a larger batch, combine all ingredients in a container and stir well. Store in the fridge for up to two days.
Notes
Start with small amounts of cocoa and sweetener, adjusting to your taste. For dairy-free options, use coconut or almond Greek-style yogurt.
