Description

A simple and indulgent chocolate Greek yogurt recipe that’s perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, or sugar)
  • A splash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, nut butter, graham cracker crumble, fresh berries, chopped dark chocolate, crushed nuts, whipped cream, sliced banana or kiwi

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine the Greek yogurt and cocoa powder.
  2. Add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly until glossy and thick, adjusting sweetness and cocoa to taste.
  4. Add any desired toppings before serving.
  5. For a larger batch, combine all ingredients in a container and stir well. Store in the fridge for up to two days.
