Description

Classic Almond Linzer Cookies are delicate, jam-filled beauties that combine nutty almond flour with vibrant raspberry jam, making them a timeless and heartfelt treat perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
