- 1 block of cream cheese (full-fat recommended)
- 5–6 strips of crispy chicken (thick-cut if possible)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Chopped chives or green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Fry the chicken until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, soften the cream cheese and stir in the chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Add a pinch of black pepper and chopped chives if desired.
- Slice the bagels and scoop a dollop of the chicken cheddar spread onto each half.
- Broil in the oven for 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
