Description

Deliciously crispy fries made in the air fryer with parmesan and garlic for an addictive snack experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 large russet potatoes (or Yukon Gold)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: favorite dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes and slice them into classic fry shapes.
  2. Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil to coat.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer if needed and place the fries in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 380°F for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and add parsley if desired.
  7. Let cool for a moment, then enjoy!
