Deliciously crispy fries made in the air fryer with parmesan and garlic for an addictive snack experience.
Ingredients

- 3–4 large russet potatoes (or Yukon Gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and slice them into classic fry shapes.
- Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil to coat.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer if needed and place the fries in a single layer.
- Cook at 380°F for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot and add parsley if desired.
- Let cool for a moment, then enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different spices and toppings for creative variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for the best crunch.
