- 2 lbs Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and paprika. Toss to coat well.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (if applicable).
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove and serve immediately.
