- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1 stick of butter
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Place the stick of butter on top of the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken in the pot to soak up the juices before serving.
