Description
A quick and easy Filipino dessert made with layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh mangoes, perfect for hot days.

- 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 full sleeve of graham crackers, crushed or broken up
- 2 cartons of all-purpose cream, kept cold
- ½ can of sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: Extra fruit or vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a square dish, layer crushed graham crackers on the bottom.
- Whip the cream until thick and gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Scatter sliced mangoes over the cream layer.
- Repeat layering with crackers, cream, and mangoes until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Letting it chill overnight enhances the flavor and texture. Dust with crushed crackers or toasted coconut before serving for added crunch.
