Description

A quick and easy Filipino dessert made with layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh mangoes, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 full sleeve of graham crackers, crushed or broken up
  • 2 cartons of all-purpose cream, kept cold
  • ½ can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: Extra fruit or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a square dish, layer crushed graham crackers on the bottom.
  2. Whip the cream until thick and gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add a layer of the cream mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  4. Scatter sliced mangoes over the cream layer.
  5. Repeat layering with crackers, cream, and mangoes until ingredients are used up.
  6. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Letting it chill overnight enhances the flavor and texture. Dust with crushed crackers or toasted coconut before serving for added crunch.
