Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cooked sweet potato
- 1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
- 1 sprinkle of cinnamon
- Plain, unsweetened yogurt
- Dog-safe berries (blueberries or strawberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs, and whole wheat flour until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough, cut it into desired shapes, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- For Sweet Potato & Oat Chews, mash the sweet potato and combine with oat flour and cinnamon, shape, and then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To make Yogurt & Berry Pupsicles, blend yogurt and berries, pour into molds, and freeze until solid.
- Allow treats to cool before serving.
Notes
Store homemade dog treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate them for a longer shelf life.
