Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Slowly add lukewarm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp kitchen towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F (232°C) for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, shape gently, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Place parchment paper on a board and transfer the dough onto it.
- Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven, and place the dough with parchment paper inside.
- Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
