Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cups Lukewarm Water
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Slowly add lukewarm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp kitchen towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat your Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F (232°C) for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, shape gently, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Place parchment paper on a board and transfer the dough onto it.
  7. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven, and place the dough with parchment paper inside.
  8. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
