Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing, optional)
  • Toppings like everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until combined.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Dust your hands with flour and knead the dough gently.
  5. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into bagels.
  7. Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg and add preferred toppings.
  9. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
