Description

A refreshing and healthy treat to help you unwind after a chaotic day, featuring creamy yogurt and antioxidant-rich blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Crushed nuts or dark chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the blueberries completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Dip each blueberry in the yogurt, then place on a baking sheet.
  4. If desired, roll in crushed nuts or drizzle with dark chocolate.
  5. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm, then transfer to a bag for storage.

Notes

For a luxuriously thick coating, dip the blueberries in yogurt, freeze for 20 minutes, then dip again.
