Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- Crushed nuts or dark chocolate for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the blueberries completely.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Dip each blueberry in the yogurt, then place on a baking sheet.
- If desired, roll in crushed nuts or drizzle with dark chocolate.
- Freeze for about 1 hour until firm, then transfer to a bag for storage.
Notes
For a luxuriously thick coating, dip the blueberries in yogurt, freeze for 20 minutes, then dip again.
