Description

Delightful no-bake Gnome Mini Cheesecakes perfect for festive occasions, featuring creamy filling and whimsical decorations.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh strawberries, for hat decorations
  • Whipped cream, for beards
  • Shredded coconut, for beards
  • Berries (blueberries, raspberries) for decoration
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners or silicone molds to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  5. Distribute the cheesecake filling evenly over the crusts.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Decorate with edible hats (strawberry halves, sugar cones) and beards (whipped cream, coconut) before serving.

Notes
