- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh strawberries, for hat decorations
- Whipped cream, for beards
- Shredded coconut, for beards
- Berries (blueberries, raspberries) for decoration
- Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners or silicone molds to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Distribute the cheesecake filling evenly over the crusts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Decorate with edible hats (strawberry halves, sugar cones) and beards (whipped cream, coconut) before serving.
