- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, cow)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and milk until smooth.
- Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup; mix well.
- Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to thicken.
- If the pudding appears separated, stir well to achieve a creamy consistency before serving.
Notes
If the pudding is too soupy, add more chia seeds and let it sit longer. Experiment with yogurt to milk ratios for desired thickness.
