Description

A simple and delightful chia pudding made with Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, cow)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and milk until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup; mix well.
  3. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to thicken.
  4. If the pudding appears separated, stir well to achieve a creamy consistency before serving.

Notes

If the pudding is too soupy, add more chia seeds and let it sit longer. Experiment with yogurt to milk ratios for desired thickness.
