- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
- Stir in the almond flour.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- For a firmer texture, chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill the dough for a firmer texture. Not a fan of peanut butter? Use almond or sunflower seed butter instead. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
