A quick and easy recipe for high-protein beef jerky made in the air fryer, packed with flavor and customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (top round, flank, or sirloin, sliced thin)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Slice beef into thin strips (freeze 30 min first for easier cutting).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire, sugar, and spices.
  3. Add beef strips, coat well, cover, and marinate 4–24 hours in the fridge.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°F (80°C).
  5. Arrange beef strips in a single layer inside the jerky air fryer tray (don’t overlap).
  6. Cook for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through, until dry but still chewy.
  7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in an airtight bag at room temp for up to 1 week, refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
