A quick and easy recipe for high-protein beef jerky made in the air fryer, packed with flavor and customizable to your taste.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (top round, flank, or sirloin, sliced thin)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Slice beef into thin strips (freeze 30 min first for easier cutting).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire, sugar, and spices.
- Add beef strips, coat well, cover, and marinate 4–24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°F (80°C).
- Arrange beef strips in a single layer inside the jerky air fryer tray (don’t overlap).
- Cook for 2–3 hours, flipping halfway through, until dry but still chewy.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight bag at room temp for up to 1 week, refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
