Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey (or lean beef/lamb)
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (or salmon oil)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ground eggshells (for calcium)
  • Fresh dog-safe herbs (parsley, basil, etc.) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the carrots, green beans, and peas; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Let the mixture cool before serving it to your dog.
  6. Optionally, top with blueberries and fresh herbs.
