Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed butter)
- ½ cup mix-ins (mini chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Warm your nut butter with honey or syrup until melty.
- Dump the mixture over the oats and salt, then stir to combine.
- Mix in your favorite bits.
- Line a pan with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly.
- Chill for an hour to set, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or two weeks in the fridge. Can be frozen for a month.
