Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat/rice flour)
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dog-safe cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and cinnamon (if using).
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, applesauce, and water, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
