Description

Delicious, low-carb snacks that satisfy chocolate cravings while keeping you on your keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, no added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chia seeds or pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
  3. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mix well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini paper muffin cups.
  5. Freeze for about 20 minutes until set.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easier removal. Store in the freezer for best consistency.
