Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chia seeds or pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, melt coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 minute.
- Stir in peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini paper muffin cups.
- Freeze for about 20 minutes until set.
Notes
Use silicone molds for easier removal. Store in the freezer for best consistency.
