Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and matcha powder in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil or melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
