- 1 block of feta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the block of feta and surround it with the cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the feta is softened and the tomatoes are blistered.
- Remove from the oven and crack the eggs directly over the feta and tomatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with crusty bread.
Notes
