Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and sour cream to the cream cheese and mix until well incorporated.
- Prepare the lemon Jell-O according to package instructions, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until just combined.
- Spread the filling over the crust evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
