- Mini pie crusts (store-bought)
- 1 or 2 ripe bananas
- Instant vanilla pudding mix
- Milk (for the pudding)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding by mixing with cold milk according to package instructions until thick.
- Slice the bananas and layer them at the bottom of each mini pie crust.
- Spoon pudding over the bananas, filling each crust but leaving space for toppings.
- Refrigerate the pies for about 30 minutes to set.
- Top with whipped cream and your choice of toppings before serving.
Notes
For best results, eat the pies within 48 hours to avoid bananas browning. Sprinkle lemon juice on sliced bananas to prevent browning. Store in the fridge covered.
