Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup milk (or buttermilk/yogurt)
- 1/4 cup oil (or melted butter/applesauce)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk and oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a small oven-safe pan or silicone mold.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Experiment with different add-ins like herbs, cheese, or cinnamon for variations. Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
