Description

Quick and easy no yeast bread made in an air fryer, offering a golden brown crust and soft interior without the fuss of traditional baking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk (or buttermilk/yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup oil (or melted butter/applesauce)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add milk and oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a small oven-safe pan or silicone mold.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
