- 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (without xylitol)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Optional: Pinch of turmeric
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and eggs.
- Add whole wheat flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- For added nutrition, mix in chia seeds, flaxseed, or turmeric if desired.
- Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes, or press into silicone molds.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before storing.
