Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (unsalted, xylitol-free)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth (optional, for moisture)
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed banana and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the flour gradually until a dough forms.
