Description

Cheesy, garlicky pillows made from Pillsbury biscuits that are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, chunked
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Optional herbs (e.g., parsley, oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and flatten each biscuit.
  3. Place a chunk of cheese in the middle of each biscuit, pinch it closed tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking pan.
  4. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each cheese bomb.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush with a bit more butter before serving.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving immediately.

Notes

Let the biscuits sit at room temperature before flattening for easier handling. Avoid overstuffing to prevent messiness.
