Cheesy, garlicky pillows made from Pillsbury biscuits that are quick and easy to prepare.

- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, chunked
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Optional herbs (e.g., parsley, oregano)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a chunk of cheese in the middle of each biscuit, pinch it closed tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each cheese bomb.
- Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with a bit more butter before serving.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving immediately.
Notes
Let the biscuits sit at room temperature before flattening for easier handling. Avoid overstuffing to prevent messiness.
