Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugars, spices, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and milk.
- Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips carefully to avoid overmixing.
- Fill the muffin liners about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
