- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2–3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Splash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse and pat the turkey wings dry.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Optional: Sear the wings in a pan for added flavor.
- Place the wings in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and celery.
- Mix chicken broth and cream of soup, then pour over the wings.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Check occasionally, then let the wings sit before serving.
Notes
Avoid adding too much liquid; aim for moist wings without making soup. Stir halfway through cooking for better flavor distribution.
