Description

Tender and flavorful slow-cooked turkey wings served with yellow rice, perfect for a stress-free dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Turkey wings
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika (optional)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 23 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat the turkey wings dry.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Optional: Sear the wings in a pan for added flavor.
  4. Place the wings in the slow cooker.
  5. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and celery.
  6. Mix chicken broth and cream of soup, then pour over the wings.
  7. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Check occasionally, then let the wings sit before serving.

Notes

Avoid adding too much liquid; aim for moist wings without making soup. Stir halfway through cooking for better flavor distribution.
