Description

Delicious and crunchy Spicy Buffalo Chicken Pockets filled with zesty buffalo chicken, perfect for game day or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: diced celery, green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash, fold over, and crimp with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with more egg wash.
