- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vinegar or Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

- Optional: diced celery, green onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Brush edges with egg wash, fold over, and crimp with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops with more egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
