Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, buffalo sauce, celery, and carrots. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded chicken.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Season with smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve garnished with green onions, blue cheese crumbles, and crispy onions.
Notes
For a milder soup, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce or add more cream. You can also substitute cream cheese with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
