Description

A simple, delicious crustless quiche that can be customized with your favorite ingredients for a quick and easy breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 56 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, feta, etc.)
  • 12 cups leftover vegetables (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup diced ham, sausage, or bacon (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the milk and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Add chopped vegetables and meats if using, then season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until it barely jiggles in the middle.
