Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- Optional: pinch of turmeric
- Optional: finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cool broth and let it bloom for a few minutes.
- Warm the mixture gently until the gelatin dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate until set.
Notes
