Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, egg, and peanut butter until well blended.
- Add water gradually until the mixture forms a workable dough.
- Roll the dough out to about a quarter-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into desired stick shapes.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until hard and crunchy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to two weeks.
