Description

A quick and easy protein-packed breakfast option made with just two ingredients—self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • Egg wash (optional, for brushing)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead gently on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  6. Brush with egg wash if desired and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
