Ingredients

- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup water (if needed)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pureed pumpkin, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon.
- If the dough is too dry, add water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut into sticks.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
- Let cool completely in the oven after baking to achieve a crunchy texture.
Notes
Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. These treats can also be refrigerated for softer versions.
