Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the highest setting (500°F/260°C) for at least 45 minutes.
  2. Prepare your pizza dough on a floured surface and stretch it to your desired thickness.
  3. Place sliced Mozzarella evenly on the dough to create a moisture barrier.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola over the Mozzarella.
  5. Add shredded Fontina cheese, ensuring even coverage.
